It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Randy Walsh at his home on February 1, 2025, at the age of 76 years. Predeceased by his parents, Terence and Rose and brother, Denis. Leaving to mourn his beloved wife, Dianne of 53 years, sons, Shane, Monty (Jessica), Lonny (Nicole), and daughter, Kerry. Grandchildren, Rebecca, Cadence, Arthur, Reid, Lennon, Loxley and Keira. Siblings, Gerry (Joyce), Carolyn (Charlie), Jim (Bernece), Mary (Jim), Charlotte (Bob), Jocelyn (Gerard), Glenn, John, and Cathy (Pat). Also leaving to mourn the Aucoin brothers and sisters in law and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, who will miss him dearly. Randy retired as manager of Robert French Memorial Stadium after 38 years of dedication to the Town of CBS. He loved playing a game of crib, dancing, fishing, darts, hunting, camping and the outdoors. He spent his retired years keeping busy by cutting firewood. Visitation to take place at Hickey's Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Hwy, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral service will take place at Hickey’s Memorial Chapel, 570 Conception Bay Highway South, on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow.
