I was saddened to hear of Mr. Warford’s passing. I had the fortunate to be in the company of Mr. Warford a few times over the years and I remember distinctly his wit and smile.

Our sincerest condolences on the passing of Cec. We were so blessed to be neighbors for 11 years. We would see Cec when we were out for walks on Warfords Rd. More often than not, he was outside puttering around in the garden keeping things neat & tidy. If he wasn't in his yard, he was probably headed to his sister Violet's house to help out there. What an amazing man, and an amazing legacy he leaves behind. He will be forever missed xo

He was such a kind and gentle man who always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye, especially when looking in Edna's direction! Cec was such an important part of the fabric of St. Peter's Church when I was there a few years ago- whether sitting with Edna in the back of the church, or doing anything to help around the church or having a 'cup of tea' and treats in the church hall or playing 'a good game of cards at church socials, Cec was there! May he rest in peace and rise with the angels. Blessings to you Edna and to your family as you navigate life now without your Cecil. I pray that you may find comfort and peace in your memories. My heart broke when I heard the news of Cec's passing, but boy 98 ain't too shabby. My time spent with these 2 extraordinary human beings will never be forgotten for they both showed me the kind of love people dream of. The adoration that he had for Edna would make a grown man cry. It hardly seemed like work at all. May you cherish the times that you got to spend with him. Even in old age when Parker would come to visit he did his best to play with him. Rest easy Mr. Warford until we see ya on the other side.
May he rest in peace ! Cec was a huge part of my childhood. My family was blessed to have him and Edna as our neighbours, he drove me to school when I missed the bus, he let us roller blade on his perfect driveway, he looked out to us and protected our home for years after we left. Cec was an amazing person, my mom thought a lot of him and she appreciated him and Edna more than I'll ever know ! Thank you for everything ❤️
