So sorry to hear of Mona’s passing !! She was the sweetest lady and such a good friend of my mother Margaret Phelan Your Dad was also a friend of Moms and Dads too.While living in Paradise they cherished many of the friends they made and spoke of your Mom and Dad often.

Rita, Roseanne, John and all the rest of the family, we would like to pass on our condolences to you all. We are so sad by the passing of Aunt Mona, our card playing buddy. We know it will be a tough time for you guys but you will have each other to lean on and I am sure many stories to share. Big families are great like that. Mona was always happy to get visitors on Bell Island and she had wonderful care from Rita and Dave. I will be thinking on you over the next very days and hope your memories sustain you .
