Extending sincere sympathy to Lolly’s family at this difficult time. Although we didn’t know her personally, she treated us as friends when our mother and I met with her when a decision to reside at North Pond Manor was made. Her friendly, easy-going demeanor made the transition from Mother’s home to her NEW home at North Pond seamless. She made countless trips after the move to ensure Mother was settled. Always kind and accommodating, always a pleasure. We were glad to have known her.

I was heartbroken to hear of Lolly’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with her for many years, and in that time, I saw firsthand the kindness, compassion, and strength she brought to every single day. As the manager of North Pond Manor, she wasn’t just a leader, she was a light in the lives of so many seniors, their families, and the staff who were lucky enough to work alongside her.
I wonder how many lives Lolly touched over the years. The number is surely in the hundreds, if not more. She gave dignity, warmth, and joy to those in her care, and in doing so, left a legacy of love that will not be forgotten.
To her family and friends, please know that her impact reached far and wide. We are all better for having known her, and she will be dearly missed.
