Chafe Edith Cavell
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Edith Cavell Chafe, age 78 years, who died peacefully in her sleep after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on March 22, 1947, Cavell lived a life full of warmth, laughter and deep compassion. She was the kind of person who would do anything for you- always happy, always ready with a funny story and always able to make you laugh, even on the hardest days. Her bright spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who truly knew her. She especially adored her great nieces and great nephew Presley, River and Sunnie, who brought her endless joy and laughter.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Ray, siblings: Jean, John and Sandy, her loving parents: Myra and Alex.
She leaves behind a circle of close family and friends who will miss her deeply.
