With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved father and husband Dennis Battten who passed away suddenly on Thursday evening September 18, 2025, at the age of 63. Predeceased by his parents, Bill and Florence, sister-in-law, Dale. Dennis was a kind and generous man, a devoted husband to his wife Wanda and a loving father to his children Dennis and Michael. His passion for the outdoors was well known, he was an accomplished hunter who shared his love for the wilderness with his family. Above all, Dennis was a loving grandfather cherishing every minute spent with his grandchildren. His warmth, wisdom, and booming laugh will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife Wanda Batten, sons Denny (Felicia)and Michael (Jenifer)and grandchildren Kaylee, Wyatt and Ethan, brothers Bill (Donna), Paul (Daphne), Ray (Eileen), Wayne (Amy), Carl (Alvina), Jim (Mary), Rick (Lily), sisters Joan (Roger), Joy (Ade), Janice (Rod) and Jennifer (Lloyd), brother-in-law, Cliff (Sherri). Also, nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends.
