Passed away peacefully on October 10th, 2025, age 57 years. Predeceased by her mother and father: Linda and Vincent, grandmother: Vera. Left with a wealth of precious and loving memories: Aunt Bridget, Uncle: Jim, special and devoted caregivers: Kimberly, Tia, Trish, and Chantelle who were dear to Jackie. Special thanks to Kellie and Kera who were near and dear to Jackie and supported her personally and professionally with empathy throughout her illness. Also, special thanks to the medical, nursing and support staff of 7West, St. Clare’s and the dialysis units for their unending care, kindness and compassion.
