Ralph Clyde Bradley

August 10th, 1941 – October 29th, 2025

It is with deep love and sadness that the family of Ralph Bradley announces his passing on October 29th, 2025, at the Caribou Memorial Veteran’s Pavilion in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Ralph passed peacefully, surrounded by family.

Born in Mary’s Harbour, Labrador on August 10th, 1941, Ralph lived a rich and adventurous life. He built a remarkable career as a pilot, beginning as a bush pilot flying across the rugged skies of Newfoundland and Labrador. His passion for aviation led him to become a captain with Eastern Provincial Airlines, and later with Canadian Airlines/Air Canada, where he concluded his long and fulfilling career before retirement.

When not in the air, he spent countless hours on the water, exploring the coves and bays of both Labrador and Notre Dame Bay. His voyages took him from coast to coast, but his heart always belonged to Indian Cove, his most cherished place of all, where he will find his final resting place atop the hills.

Ralph leaves behind his loving children, grandchildren, siblings, and dear friends. His warmth, humor, and stories of adventure will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Veterans Pavilion for their kindness, care, and compassion. We would also like to acknowledge all those visitors who came to see him and care for him in his last few years. Your visits, your phone calls, and your care, were his comfort.
