Passed away tenderly and peacefully, Mick Quinlan, on November 14th, 2025, age 83 years, of Holyrood. Mick was a man who believed in hard work, honesty and the value of a man's word. Those that knew Mick will remember him for his genuine kindness and quick witt. He had a remarkable ability to bring laughter to any situation, and his sense of humor was infectious. His love for life inspired all who crossed his path. Whether sharing a joke, offering a helping hand, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with loved ones and friends, Mick's presence will be deeply missed.

Entered into eternal peace are Mick's first wife: Shirley, his parents: Phyllis and Jack and grand daughter: Jessica. He was cherished by surviving family members and friends especially his loving wife and soul mate: Barbara, sons: Michael (Leanne),Craig (Debbie), Randy (Daphne), grandchildren: Eric, Jacob, Gracie, Jamie, Brooklyn and Cody, great grandchildren: Lucie, Evie, Link, Cole and Rylie, brothers: John (Cathy), Raymond (Mary), sisters: Gert, Bertha, Mary and Kay. Also, left to celebrate Mick's life are the Woodford family, especially Barb's devoted mother: Beth, her brother: Barry and sisters: Bride (John), Denise and Marilyn. Left with a wealth of memories are devoted cherished friends: Mike and Marg Woodford, Gerard and Theresa Woodford, as well as, Bill and Michele Synyard, neighbours at Country View Estates, nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends. Special thanks to Community Health nurses: Tina, Joanne, Community Support Worker: Paula and Home Care Worker: Roxanne for your kindness, compassion and understanding. Special thanks to Dr. Paul Walsh and the Holyrood Pharmacy Team especially Krista and Jonah for their unending professional and personal care and kindness throughout the years. Cremation has taken place. Visitation in Hickey's Funeral Home, 294 Conception Bay Highway, Holyrood on Thursday, December 4th, 2025 from 3-7pm. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Cross Church, Holyrood on Friday, December 5th, 2025 at 11am.
