Passed away suddenly but peacefully at his home in Kelligrews where he lived his entire life, age 75 years.

Predeceased by his parents: Wallace and Dorothy and his brother: Derrick. He is survived by his sisters: Dorothy and Dianna (Ray Malone), brother: Stephen, sister-in-law: Viola. He leaves behind nieces, nephews, aunts and numerous cousins and friends.

Wayne worked at LeDrew’s Lumber for a few years but worked most of his life farming and selling his produce in Mount Pearl. He was a kind and generous man who wanted to help wherever he could, he regularly contributed to numerous charities.

Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, from 11:00am – 1:00pm.
