Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on April 26th, 2026, age 77 years. Predeceased by her parents: James and Leah Osbourne, sisters: Theresa, Eleoise and Doris. Leaving to mourn her husband of 56 years: Wayne, sons: Jerry (Tammy) and David (Tammy), as well as her pride and joy, her three grandchildren: Aliyah, Madison and Dr. Mitchell Fagan. Also, Paula is survived by sisters: Edna and Anne. The family would like to thank the staff at Chancellor Park for the care and support she received there.
