It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ronald "Guy" Beaufield announces his passing on May 29th, 2026, at Chancellor Park Long Term Care Facility in St John's, at the age of 84. He passed peacefully away with his family by his side. Guy was born in Raleigh on December 2nd, 1941, to Margaret and Charles Beaufield. He moved to St. Anthony in 1960 to finish high school where he met Juanita and, in 1964, they were married and went on to have two girls. The high school sweethearts recently celebrated their 62nd anniversary. Leaving to mourn are his wife, Juanita, his daughters Seona (Rick) and Sheryl (Doug), grandchildren Marcus (Janice), great-grandchildren Able, Vaida and baby Maeve. Melanie (Justin); great-granddaughter Addison. Nicole (Dale); great-grandsons Legend and baby Kwest, and last but not least, his youngest granddaughter, Brianna. Also, special friends Miriam and Don Cull. Sister, Pamela Guy (Brian), sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law (too many to mention by name), nieces, nephews and friends. Pre-deceased by his parents Margaret and Charles and parents-in-law Albert and Elizabeth Elson, his brothers Raymond, Calmond, his sisters Muriel, Patricia, Faye, Marie & Elaine, as well as his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Upon his request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
