Obituary of Hilda Butler

Butler, Hilda Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre in the presence of her family after a short battle with cancer on December 18, 2018 of Foxtrap, age 80 years. Predeceased by her husband Douglas Butler, parents Nathanial and Dorcas Petten, sister Jean Butler, brother Johnny Petten. Leaving to mourn her 7 daughters Janice Eason (Nelson), Elizabeth Bishop (Bert), Diane Lear (Richard), Cindy Petten (Victor), Ella Fagan (Melvin), Maxine Petten (Shirley), Tina Bussey (Calvin), 4 sons Ralph (Dianne), John (Carol), Colin, Jeff (Jenny), 29 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, brother Ralph Petten (Minnie) and family, sister -in-law Grace Butler and family. Also a large group of nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Wednesday from 12 noon - 9 pm, Thursday from 10 am - 9 pm, Friday from 10 am - 12 noon. Funeral service to take place from All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 1 pm. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Dunn's Hill Road, Foxtrap. Flowers gratefully accepted, or donation's in Hilda's memory may be made to All Saints Restoration Fund.
