Bill Batten was a very kind, loving, Caring Man who we grew to love while Pastoring in Long Pond Manuels Church several years ago. He was a great Prayer Warrior as well & very encourageing to his Pastors. I'm Sure he will be missed greatly by his Family & all who knew him. So sorry to hear of Bill's passing..He was loved by many people. My memory of Bill Batten is when I was or we were teenagers Bill would pick us up and take us to services at Seal Cove Church and to the tabernacle in ST.Johns, sitting in the back of his truck singing and having fun..I will never forget that..I had the privelige of seeing him at a luncheon in foxtrap church about 2 yrs ago.My heartful condolances to all of Bill's family..
