Cynthia, please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of your husband. Aubrey was a fine gentleman with a quick, friendly smile and sense of humor. I recall a Sunday years ago, when our family, (family of the late John (Jack) and Daphne Noseworthy) first moved to Seal Cove. As we were leaving the church after morning service, Dad had gone to get the car and we were waiting at the gate with Mom, Aubrey pulled up and asked Mom if we needed a ride home. When Mom responded with " No , Jack is just gone to get the car." He replied with "Well...that's nice of him now isn't it." It was a quick comment out of the blue, that made us smile. A light hearted comment that I recall, as I remember him. Aubrey was a great friend to Dad and our family as we became members of St. Peter's Church and community.
