Obituary of Gerald W. Warford

Warford, Gerald W. Passed peacefully away on Sunday, August 12, 2012 surrounded by his family at the Health Sciences Centre, age 61 yrs of Kelligrews. Gerry was a passionate lifetime member as well as past provincial president of the Royal Canadian Legion. Predeceased by infant daughter (1979), mother Florence Smith, brother Peter Smith, sister Mary Warford, mother and father-in-law Mary and Newman Fagan, sister-in-law Mary Jack, brother-in-law Wade Noseworthy. Leaving to mourn with loving memories are his wife Michelle (Fagan) of 38 yrs and daughter Gloria; brothers John Smith (Tina), Jeff Smith (Lorraine), George Smith (Valerie), Steven Smith (Kelly), Cecil Warford (Edna), Charlie Warford (Phyllis), Norman Warford (Phyllis); sisters Alicia Tilley (Chuck), Patsy Noseworthy (Glen), Marion Winsor (Larry), Judy Smith (Bobby), Mary Smith, Lillian Jefford (Ernest) and Violet Warford; sisters-in-law Sharon Howlett (Pat), Carol Harris (Doug) and brother -in law William Jack. As well as a large circle of nieces and nephews including special nephew Shawn Smith. Also long time family friends Sharron Perry and Olive Chubbs, not forgetting special pets Lady and Scamp. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Monday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9, Tuesday 10 - 12, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm, Wednesday 10 - 12 noon. Funeral service in St. Peter's Anglican Church, Upper Gullies on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 2 pm. Interment in St. Edward's Cemetery, Kelligrews.
