So very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. O'Leary. I have many fond memories of him from my younger years hanging out with Christine. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
I ment Jack and Christine when I went to work at the stadium many years ago. They were more than just work friends, they made the time there enjoyable and extended me into their families. My thoughts are with those wondergul family now.
My thoughts and prayers are with the O'Leary family during this difficult time. Jack will definitely be missed, especially during election time. May he rest in peace.
While I was growing up my mother would talk about Jack and she'd always have a little smile on her face. After mom passed I got to spend some time with Jack…it didn't take long to learn why she smiled when she talked about him.
One night he climbed into the car with me and my brother and off we went. When we got "thirsty" we'd stop for a drink and then move onto the next place…the entire time he told us stories about my mom. Jack was there to get us through a hard time and he brought us even closer to our mom. When I talk about Jack I never seem to do it without a smile coming across my face. He gave me something I'll always carry and that smile will always remind me of what he did for me and the love my mom had for him.
Jack O'Leary was a man worth knowing and and he's a man your proud to say you know. Jack O'Leary is a man you never forget.
