I was sad to hear of Pauline's passing. My sincerest condolences.Pauline is one of the special people I remember from my childhood. When it was raining she would allow, no matter how many kids on the bus stop, into her store so we would be out of the rain. I am sure we left many puddles of water for her to clean up.One of my favorite memories is on the last day of school, we would run to Pauline to show her our report card, before we showed our parents, as Pauline would give the kids a special treat.
