My heartfelt condolences to you, Andy and Morgan. Debbie was a wonderful person. I will always remember her warmth, kindness, and humour. I have very fond memories of you, Morgan, swimming in the AJ1 pool and of me socializing with your mom and dad nearby. It was a lovely feeling of community. Your mom will be missed very much, and she will be remembered very fondly.
Debbie MacDonald, my grandma by blood, my mom by home, and my friend by choice. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding and caring mother figure. We didnt always understand each other but that didnt matter, we could talk about anything and everything. Mom has been through a rough couple of years, and while I miss her so dearly and love her so much, I'm happy she can finally find peace and comfort. I know that she and Shanna are happily reunited. I love you mama.

We were childhood best friends, did everything together for those formative years. We had our favourite picnic rock, climbed trees together, made mud pies, played school and marbles. Our lives drifted apart for years but over the last few years we got to reconnect and reminisce. I was going to see her this weekend but have lost the chance to say goodbye. I will miss my friend.
