To Krista, Pam, Curt and kids
It was with great sadness I heard of Shawn's passing. Shawn was one of the kindest individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work and play with. I wish I could have been there to help him, but in Shawn's usual way he wanted to handle everything on his own. Every time I saw him in recent months, he would take the time to explain what was going on with his kids whom he loved dearly. To the family I apologize for not being there to absorb some of your sorrow. I have spent the last 30 days in hospital undergoing cancer treatment. I sincerely wish you my condolences. When I am free from hospital, I would like to see all of you. If there is anything I can do at any time, I am only a phone call away. May God give you the light and courage to carry on. God bless.
