Passed peacefully away on December 16, 2019, age 75 years.  Left with fond and loving memories son: Jeff, grandson: Christian, partner of thirty five years Gloria, sister: Pat, special uncle: Eric, special aunt: Dallas. Also other relatives and friends. Predeceased by father and mother: Ben and Marjorie Fagan. Visitation will take place in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am – 9 pm. Funeral Service will take place from All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 11 am. Interment in All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Dunn’s Hill Road, Foxtrap. Donations in Fred’s memory may be made to the Children Wish Foundation or Janeway Children’s Hospital.
