Jackie and family, I wish to express my condolence to you and your family. I was shocked to see of Frank’s passing in the Telegram. I met Frank over Twenty Years ago and during that time he did all the snow clearing for Mitchell Agencies Limited and Faith Bible Chapel and always did a great job sometimes in trying weather and people wanted theirs done right away. I know that whenever you called him he would tell you he would do his best to do the snow clearing even if he only did a enough to get through till he could complete the job. He would never in my experience get upset and always be calm under stress. I have not seen him much since I retired but called in a few months ago and told him I had cancer and he said you can handle it and I am sure you will get through it and he was very encouraging to me which I very much appreciated. He was a fine person and I am sure he treated his employees with respect as well as all those he came in contract with over his lifetime. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about this and can't begin to imagine what you are all going through during these strange times. Bad enough under "normal" times let alone when many of your family and friends are unable to provide physical comfort. I first met Frankie 1980 in Lakeview and over a couple bowls of hash an hour of bellyaching laughs we became instant friends for life. We shared many many times together trouting, partying, and whatever mischief we could muster. That turned into many summers camping together in the parks with our children and sharing hundreds of memorable days. His Smile was infectious and if you didn't like Frankie you probably had the problem.
On the many visits to his place the past couple of years, the conversation undoubtedly would entail both of us moaning about our woes, health, trials, tribulations, temptations and so forth.
On my last visit, the moment I walked into his room it was " do you remember the time we were camping and pulled off this caper" with both of us busting a gut before he had the story finished. And so went the entire hour sharing laughs about Awesome times spent together and not a negative note was uttered.
A Beautiful start and finish we shared to a story cut far far to short.
Many of us have highs, lows demons temptations victories and failings in our journey but it Does Not define who or what we are ! What defines us rather, is how we care for our families, loved ones and total strangers and mostly what is in our hearts and what our heart is made of.
And you Frankie my Friend had a Heart of solid gold.
So my twin (two burner Bob's) bahaha
Start gathering up those wagons because you know we're going to have one fuck of a Bonfire when I get there. R I P My Brother ❤

So sorry to here of Franks passing. Growing up Jon or Cutler as he is know , and most of the boys , spent many days and nights at
“Buckles fun house” I don’t think they ever got turned away no matter how much racket or noise they made.
I’m sure there are many stories and memories they can share. I made many trips dropping off and picking up the boys. As a parent I was very grateful that there was a place they could hang out. Jon, then was also fortunate enough to worked as an employee along side Frank.
