Jason Hammond It is with great sadness the family of Jason Hammond announce his passing after a brief illness on Monday, June 15, 2020, age 45 years. Jason is predeceased by his grandparents: James and Louisa Hammond and Michael Bolger. Jason leaves to mourn his mom Veronica Piercey (step-dad Don). Jason will be missed everyday by his fiancé Kelly Hood, step-children: Tia, Brady and Briana DeHann, step-grandson: Reese DeHann, daughter: Miah Hammond, father: William Hammond, brother: Jamie Hammond (Jennifer), sister: Jennifer Hammond, uncles: Malcolm Bolger (Linda), George Bolger (Wendy) and Merril Bolger (Donna) whom he worked with over the years, aunts: Grace Hudson (Robert), Barb Kennedy (Ed), Celina Bolger, Rita Brown, who was like a second mother to Jason and he was a big brother to Charlene and Crystal Brown, Summer and Cailee Bolger, his grandmother: Catherine Bolger. Jason has also left to mourn his many cousins and other family members and loving friends. Jason time spent with his fiancé, Kelly was a short but well spent. These are times that he showed with others as his most joyful and lighthearted times. A private visitation and funeral service is planned.
