Obituary of Anne Mackenzie

Anne Mcleod Mackenzie (nee Cameron) Passed peacefully away at her residence on June 16, 2020 at the age of 84 years. Predeceased by her husband Robert Mackenzie, her son John Mackenzie and sister Elsbeth Williams (nee Cameron). Left with fond and loving memories are her sons David, Michael, Richard (Trudy), and her daughter in law Aleksandra. Her Grandchildren Shawn, Arielle, Alexander, William, Colin and a large circle of family & friends. Anne was an Infectious Disease nurse in Scotland. She immigrated to Canada with her Husband and son in 1961. In Ottawa, she worked at The Grace Hospital in the nursery on the Obstetrics unit, which she loved dearly. She was also a devoted wife and loving mother to her 4 sons. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.Anne loved her family with all her heart and devoted her life to them. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and her great sense of humor. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be at a later date.
