So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I worked with Dave in St, John's on the Air Ambulance and water bombers for many years, until the water bombers got relocated to Gander. Dave gave me so much advice when I was getting started in my career that I still follow today. Dave was a very hard worker but always made hard work fun, with a joke or funny story!
May your sorrow be dulled by the great memories Dave gave all who were privileged to know him.

Patsy,Ruby and family,our sincere condolances.I had the priviledge of working with Dave for many years at NGAS. We shared many memories from our work travels across Canada including NWT and especially Greece.He was first my friend but most of all a super Aircraft Mechanic, especially on the PBY-5A. With his tool box of special tools,that we all latter copied.I know how proud he was to be a grandfather and I am sure he left his family with many great memories ,hold them in your hearts ,I know I will ,Rest In Peace Dave .

We are shocked & saddened to hear of Dave’s passing! There are no words to truly say how we are feeling after hearing this news! Our friendship started almost 50 yrs ago!
We have so many wonderful memories!
Dave was a great work colleague & a great friend! There are so many nice things that I could say about Dave! I will especially miss him calling me on my birthday reminding me that he was much younger than I was, by 17 days!
