Obituary of Barbara Butler

Butler, Barbara, October 13, 1924 – March 21, 2020. With sadness we announce the passing of our mother Barbara Butler (nee Hayter) of Kelligrews, age 95 years. Predeceased by her devoted husband of 59 years, Samuel Butler. Barbara was born and raised in Trinity, Trinity Bay, later moving to Kelligrews to teach at St. Albans. Leaving to mourn with loving memories her children: Sheila Butler (Tony Daly), Jean Butler, Brenda Clairmont (Fred), Leonard Butler (Mei Shi). Grandchildren: Olivia Daly (Braden), Joel Daly, Katherine Butler, Dominique Clairmont, Simone Clairmont (Joseph); Rachel Butler, Simon Butler, Victoria Butler. Great-grandchild; Lochlin McGowan. Sisters: Jean Gardner and Helen Mackey. A private funeral service will take place at Hickeys Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Wednesday September 2, 2020.
