Obituary of Deon Parsons

PARSONS, Deon Maxwell Passed suddenly on Monday August 10, 2020 at the age of 46. Beloved husband of Gaia Parsons for 12 years. Loving and proud father of Brianna Simms-Parsons. Cherished son of Maxwell and Elsie Parsons. Dear brother of Colin Parsons (Sherry), Corey Parsons (Melissa), Maxine Labour. Lisa Smith (Cory) and his best buddy Bo. Deon will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Deon will be remembered for his love of the outdoors while fishing and hunting; lighting every room he enters with his smile and mischief behavior; and his high level of risk with all of his adventurous activities. But, most importantly, Deon will be remembered for his love and loyalty to his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Due to Covid-19 regulations, a private visitation is planned for Saturday, September 12th at Hickey’s Funeral Home, Kelligrews, and Conception Bay South.
