Obituary of Ethel Petten

Petten, Ethel Margaret (Rideout), Known as Nan Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at Heritage Square Retirement Home on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Eric, her father Tom and her mother Naomi, her brothers John and George and her sisters Lilly and Patsy. Left with eternal love and fond memories son: Rick (Rosalind), daughters: Effie (Eldred), Judy, Kim (Darrell), grandchildren: Bradley, Jennifer (Kirk), Robin, Tammy (J.J.), Tracy (Tony), Shawn, Tyler, Matthew and Jessica, great-grandchildren: Brittany, Allison, Emily, Lily, Erica, Rebecca and Louis. A very special great-great granddaughter Ellie Rose, sisters: Sandra and Brenda. Also a large circle of family and friends. A huge heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Heritage Square, you are angels on earth. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ethel’s memory may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation or the Ronald McDonald House. A private visitation and funeral service is planned.
