Obituary of Shirley Marie Jones nee Paul

Jones, Shirley Marie (nee Paul) Passed peacefully away, in the presence of her loving family, at the Health Sciences Complex on Saturday, February 9, 2013 in her eightieth year of Upper Gullies, Conception Bay South, NL (formerly of Seal Cove). Predeceased by, her husband Frank (the love of her life), her parents William and Annie Paul, her brother David and her sisters Millicent and Olive. Leaving to mourn her sons David (Louise), Lemont (Jeanette) and Ron, and her daughter Annie (Sean Connors), two grandchildren who were her pride and joy, Alana Jones and Courtney Jones, many nieces, nephews and cousins; her special friend Janet Graham, and a large circle of extended family and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Sunday from 7 - 9 p.m., Monday from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7- 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service to take place from Topsail United Church on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 2 pm, with interment to follow at Topsail United Cemetery followed by a reception in her honor at the church hall. Special thanks to her care giver Patricia Fife and to the nurses, doctors and other staff of 4NA, Health Sciences Complex for the care and compassion shown to her.
