Brad was one of my favourite people to work with. He knew how to make me smile and he always worked incredibly hard. When I was starting out as a foreman, supervision always put Brad on my crew because they knew he would work his butt off and be easy to work with. He never treated me differently because I was a woman in construction and was always respectful, even though we got into small battles sometimes. He was incredibly smart. I miss him, and it's hard to believe he won't be running around site, brightening people's days.
