Carter, Maizie Marion Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 of Topsail age 87 yrs. Predeceased by her husband Dick (1979), granddaughter Heather Marie Randell (1979), grandson Rick Tilley (2002). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories daughters Elizabeth Randell (Jerry), Judy Francis (Ron), Peggy Scott (Gary) and Alice Carter, grandchildren Kelly Fowler (Russ), Karen Mercer (Gerry), Ron Francis (Gina), Joanne Francis, Lisa Williams (Stephen), Brian Francis (Ashley), Rodney Scott (Jacqueline), Robyn Scott (Stefan), Steve Tilley, Charlene Tilley (Ken), great-grandchildren Alexandra , Carter, Zachary, Shelby, Anna, Julia, Alison, Kyle, brother Frank Moulton (Lottie), brother-in-law Harold Carter (Emily), sisters-in-law Betty Carter and Betty Paige, brother-in-law Pete Carter (Caroline). Special cousin Margaret Maloney. Also nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Wednesday and Thursday from 12 noon to 9 pm. Funeral service to take place on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 10:30 am in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Topsail. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Topsail.
