Sorry to hear of Norb's passing. Fondly remembering him over the past few days and all the memories we shared. While we haven't been in each other's company much in recent years, I ran into him and shared a laugh when he was working with the Penny Group.

Sending our heartfelt condolences to all of you and wishing you strength and comfort through this difficult time. I have many childhood memories of Norb that I will cherish. Norb was very special to our family. He made me feel pretty special; being allowed to play with his transistor radio, bottles of coke and bags of chips whenever he came home from working at Soper's or stopping by our place. And most specially my first pair of skates. I hope no one told him that I never did learn to skate.
Norb worked hard his lifetime, he had many blessing, growing up in a good family, marrying the love of his life, Hilary. Then becoming a father to three beautiful children, and grandchildren he loved so much and was so proud of you all.
Now he is off to connect with friends and loved ones. There is however, a little something I don't quite understand. When the good Lord decided to take him and his lifelong buddy (Dad) they got the same weather. I wonder if this was their penance for tying up the phone for three hours every night or for some other shenanigans?
