To Vangie's Girls and their families,
We were so saddened to read of Vangie's passing. We enjoyed having her living in our units. She was such a pleasure to visit and hear her stories. It is so sad that I didn't get to visit her at Admirals Coast Retirement Centre because of the lockdown. And you are so right about the staff there and how they go above and beyond to help the residents feel comfortable. Mom and Dad loved it there as well. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

Cheers to the woman who truly lived life to the fullest! We met as strangers but soon became good friends. Even through the toughest times jokes were made & the roar of laughter could be heard in the neighbourhood. I loved hearing about all the adventures she had throughout her lifetime. I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She always had a smile and laugh no matter how she was feeling. The women at sewing looked forward to see how vangies quilts turned out with the different colors she used...always beautiful. I enjoyed the visits I had with her and was looking forward to visiting again when restrictions lifted. May you cling to the wonderful memories you have of your mom. She was a joy to know. The Wiseman Family,
I was so sad to hear the news this morning about your precious mother. She was such a special person who had a contagious laugh and loved to to share it with so many, I know because we shared so many when she was my neighbor on Tilly's Road. They were very loud when "her girls" would come for visits on their special nights.
