I was so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I only met Ed few times but it was easy to tell he was a good man and how much he cared for Joyce .My thoughts and prayers are with both Joyce and Ed's family at this most difficult time.

Our condolences to you Joyce and your family on the passing of your very dear companion.Ed was a friend to all. He attracted people with his easy going style and his ability to spin a good yarn. Ed was a jack of all trades. Foremost as a council worker,then,a grower of plants ,a hewer of wood ,a catcher of rabbits and a handy man with no job too big to tackle. Ed was one of those rare individuals who get the job done. Engineers make the plans but it is people likeEd who get in the ditch and make them (the plans) work.Rest in peace Ed.

Joyce and family we are so sorry and shocked to hear of Ed's passing. The world have lost an incredible man and heaven have gained a gentle and kind soul. We will remember him with fond and loving memories...the dances, the card games, how he loved his sweets and the chuckles we would have when he would tell his stories of years ago. Oh did he ever have stories!
We got our daily updates on his condition from Tom and Theresa but had no idea that his time was so limited. We are so sorry that we didn't get to say goodbye. We are sending our deepest condolences to you and your wonderful family. Ed was blessed to have you in his life and I am sure you shared in that blessing with having him.
