Passed away suddenly on July 31st, 2021, Wilson Melvin Chafe, age 68 years. Predeceased by parents: Jean and Melvin Chafe, sister: Betty Chafe, mother and father-in-law: Edna and Israel Fagan and other family members. Leaving to mourn the love of his life, his wife of 32 years Gloria, daughter: Corrina Carberry (Brian), son: Corey Chafe (Camilla), 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson, sisters: Evelyn Chafe and Linda Snelgrove (Terry), brothers: Albert (Gertrude) and Kevin (Suzanne), sisters-in-law: Sharon Butler (Byron) and Darlene Walsh (Cyril), brothers-in-law: Derrick (Marilyn), Dave (Debbie), Randy (Rod), Rod (Kim), Ross (Roxanne), uncle: Rex Piercey (Judy), aunt: Shirley Buffett, special friends: Margie and Merrill Nurse. Also leaving a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. According to COVID restrictions, visitation will be in Hickey’s Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2PM – 7 PM. Funeral service will take place in All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 11 AM. Cremation to follow. Internment will take place in All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Dunn’s Hill Road, Foxtrap on Friday, August 6, 2021 at 11 AM.
