Dear Jean, Harold, Wayne and David,
It was with immense sadness that we just learned of Mrs. Tucker's passing today. I have known Mrs. Tucker for as long as I can remember and she always had a smile and kind words. I spoke with her in May, around her birthday, and had a lovely conversation with her which I will treasure!
Peter and I send our deepest condolences at this sad time. She will be dearly missed.

Margaret was a lovely woman and a special friend. i met her and her sister Jean over 20 years ago at her garage sale on Spruce Hill road. It soon became an annual event. I purchased a lot of her homemade treats, jams and jellies! As the years passed I got to know more of her family and they all became friends.

The Tucker Family
We were deeply saddened to hear of your mom’s passing. She was a beautiful lady who we were so fortunate to call her our friend. We had many lovely picnics together along with berry picking. We didn’t get to see her in the last year or so due to covid. She will be certainly missed. I met Margaret in 2001 through Jean & Willis Tapper while traveling in an RV from Kansas. Getting to know the family has been the brightest memory of all our travels. Margaret was a demure lady with a big, broad sense of humor. I hold many fond memories of her including knowing that whatever she had just finished canning or baking was offered immediately when you walked through her door. I will remember many kindnesses and her laughter forever. God Bless all her family!

As I read the Telegram this morning, I was saddened to learn of your mother's passing She and my mother (Audrey Barnes Withers) were good friends growing up. My mother passed on August 9th, 2021. Whenever I met your mother she was always so kind and caring and a beautiful lady. I too have good memories of Dew Drop Inn. So sorry for your loss. ‘Aunt’ Margaret was a beautiful lady, whose size depicted the loudness of her voice. As tho it were yesterday, I remember going to The Dew Drop Inn with a dollar and she would bring out a huge plate of fries. And in later years, we would have chats with her at MeadowCreek. Cherish her memory, and celebrate her wonderfully long life. Rest In Peace, Aunt Margaret.
