I affectionately called my Aunt Paulette, “Auntie Geek” but I’m not quite sure how that came to be. This woman could quite literally light up a room with her sense of humour and the way she made people feel. She had a huge heart and a fantastic laugh. She bought me a Furby when they were cool and every other noisy toy to drive my parents crazy. She liked to try to embarrass me by yelling “whoop whoop” if she was attending any events of mine like a play or graduation. She lived with us for a while when I was young and would come on field trips with me at school. She used to mail me bags of skittles and she called me her Baby Doll. I’m sad you won’t be there on my wedding day next month but I know you’ll be there in spirit. Auntie Geek you will be greatly, greatly missed. I love you ❤️
