To Art's Family may we offer our sincere condolences. I was Art's neighbour back in the 60's. We lived across the street and I remember him as kind, quiet and with a great sense of humour. In fact, he offered to drive me to the church when I was married at All Saint's, in his brand new fancy shiny car. I remembered that particular kindness for years. RIP my friend.
