Carol and family, our deepest condolences on the loss of Terry. Terry was a friend to many, he was always there to help in anyway and always with a smile. When ever Terry was on his way down to the Church, wether to change the candles, to check on supplies, to help with the vacuuming, he would always drop into the office to see if I had anything that needed to be brought to the church. During the early start of Covid-19 and the office was closed to visitors Terry would stop at the parish office, knock on my window just to check and see if I needed anything, he was so thoughtful. I am sure he is in heaven helping out wherever he can. I will miss you my friend. Rest In Peace. Jennifer and Curtis

Carol, Terri-Lynn, Tracey, and Sean. I am so saddened to hear of Terry's passing - so sorry for your loss. May the many wonderful memories you've shared over the years help you through these difficult days ahead. Carol, I can't imagine what you must be feeling, losing your life-partner. You and Terry were such a wonderful couple. Terri-Lynn, Tracey, Sean - losing your dad is heartbreaking, no matter that you're all adults - you're still a kid to your dad. I will always remember Terry as a quiet and gentle man, and always with a warm smile and an open door. My dad (Terry's Uncle Ron), had many a visit to your house when he was in St. John's for an overnight - "got to go see Terry and Carol", and he was always made to feel so welcomed. We could never leave your house without having been offered a cup of tea and a piece of cake or a small bite to eat. Dad always thought very highly of Terry, and it was easy to understand why. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Hugs from me. (Cousin Rose)

It saddens me deeply that Terry has passed but I rejoyce that I have known him for 36 years. I worked with the man but when the job ended the friendship stayed all those years . We were deeply saddened by Terry’s passing. We will never forget his great smile and kind spirit. He was always there to lend a helping hand. He was such a great neighbour and on more then one occasion when we had to get snow cleared before work he would be out early with his snowblower to clear a path for us to get out. That’s the kind of man he was, selfless and caring, never wanting any recognition. Just wanting to do those little things to help others. We will miss him dearly. Our deepest condolences are extended to Carol, Terri-Lynn, Tracey, Sean and extended family. God bless.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in your hour of grief. You feel like no one else can understand how you feel at this time because grief is a process, it's individual, it's lonely and nothing can ease your heartache. Many have experienced the emptiness that loss brings and I'm here to say that you are not alone. Others share in your grief. I am here for you. We have known each other for years and if you need a shoulder, from someone who has experienced the same loss, that of a loving father, just let me know. I will pray for the strength to guide you through your grieving process.

In 1992 (Grade 7) our school class in Paradise moved to St. Thomas of Villa Nova. Terri-Lynn was the first new friend I made. Of course, it wasn’t too long that I got to meet her dad, Mr. Barron.
He was the kindest man, always giving us a ride to the store or McDonalds for lunch. Always room for one more hey Terri-Lynn. You could tell he was a great dad who loved his children dearly. He made an impression on me that has honestly stayed with me after all these years.
Thinking of you all.
