Audrey, I was shocked and saddened to hear about Jim’s passing. I found out last night. My sincere condolences go to you and your family. Jim was a very nice man and always had a smile. I always enjoyed our brief chats when I’d bump into both of you. RIP Jim.

Jim was a member of my RCMP Audit Team in 1987. We traveled the province of Nfld together and visited many RCMP detachments. Jim was the epitome of professionalism always. He was a great person to travel with, both while on business and socially. In 1986 I moved from Nfld to western Canada and always vowed to see him again. Sadly this reunion never happened. I will remember him always.

I knew Jim in his professional capacity and tho we were on opposite sides- we had a great working relationship .
Jim was a very sharp person and had great intuitive skills .
We kept in touch after he left the Force and I was always glad to see him
He had a gd life and is now at rest
