Obituary of Nancy Lear

NANCY LEAR

January 22, 1961 - December 20, 2021

Lillian (Doug), Gerald (Anna), Victor (Linda), Marilyn (Soren), Dean (Sharon), along with all our family members sadly announce the passing of our beloved sister, Nancy. She has completed her journey. Nancy is predeceased by her parents George Henry and Clara Lear, her sister Carol and her brothers Harvey and Neil.

Nancy passed away in Burnaby, BC on December 20, 2021. She had many adventures and we were blessed to have shared her life's journey of 60 years. Nancy lived her happiest years travelling and while she certainly enjoyed her trips outside of Canada, she made sure she visited her family and friends here in CBS as often as she could. It was only in July 2021 that she came home to spend time with family and friends. Nancy embraced life to the fullest, and certainly enjoyed it to the fullest. We will miss her immensely.

We would like to thank all of Nancy's caregivers, past and present, in NL and BC for their dedication and kindness. We would also like to extend our special thanks to Boyd and Rosarie Lee, for all their love and support to Nancy, during the past 8 years she lived in Burnaby, BC.

On Saturday, July 9th, 2022 at 4pm, Rev. Sam Butler has kindly agreed to conduct the Funeral Service for Nancy, at the All Saints Cemetery on Dunn's Hill Road, in CBS.
