Dot and my mom, Martha Morgan, shared the same meal table at Admiral's Coast and that's how I got to know Dot better. When I visited from Ontario and had lunch at Admiral's Coast, I always sat between mom and Dot at the table. It never took Dot long to realize I loved the sweets they served and she always saved hers for me - each and every time I went there. If there was an extra cookie or whatever left on the serving plate, she pulled the plate over towards me so I could take it. I don't think a couple of the other ladies were impressed with Dot giving me more than my share, but she did it anyhow. I will always remember that about her. She was a lovely person and I'm sure she will be missed dearly. I will miss her at the table in April when I come home for my next visit! Rest in peace Dot.
