To Jackie and the entire families; Saddened to see that one of my articulate friends from my adolescence has passed away. Please accept our sincere condolences during this difficult timeframe. Herb possessed the wondrous gift of dry humor that made him a glorious person to be around. Well raised, always being a perfect gentleman and extremely considerate, he will dearly be missed by all whom knew him.
