The sadness with losing a beloved member indistinguishable to a great family can be such a difficult time but it is obvious that you are the sum of all the strength necessary to persevere in the most difficult of times. I’m thankful I had the luxury of growing up next to such a kind soul like Lil. Anything she had to give or offer she would in a heartbeat.
Whenever I locked myself out of my house, she was always there to toss me the spare key across the yard. Nothing beat walking out on the patio and looking over to see her smiling and waving with a fresh loaf of bread in her hand for me.
Nowadays it’s hard to come across such wonderful neighbour's you can consider family, so I have great gratitude in saying I got to spend most of my life growing and learning around such great people.

Lill and Oliver are such amazing people! We live on greenslades rd and my son Tomas use to disappear and he was always over to Lill and Oliver’s sitting down and having lunch or just over to visit them! They were always so kind and they were another set of grandparents to my kids! So sad that Lill is gone she will be truly missed by many ! My deepest condolences to the whole family xo

I was so saddened to hear of Lil's sudden passing. She was such a sweet, sweet person. One of only a few that ALWAYS brought a smile to my face whenever in her company. She always made me feel wonderful with her gentle but vibrant personality and excellent sense of humor. Her soul was so much younger than her actual age. I will miss you dear Lil. There must have been a shortage of angels in heaven for you to be called away so quickly. You have left a very large void here but also a very warm and positive impact on those who knew you. Rest in peace Lil.

I was absolutely overwhelmed with deep sadness when I heard of Aunt Lil's passing. My memories of spending time down "da Long Pond" as a young boy, are very fond ones. She treated us all like her own. She was like a second Mom.
