I worked with John for many years, he had the ability to turn a bad day into a good one. It was a pleasure to work with him and I am so sorry to hear oh him passing. My condolences to Dawne (he talked about you every shift) and to extended families.QQ

This is probably my third time trying to write this. This is never easy but I have nothing but great memories and to this day they make me smile. Uncle John you were so welcoming of me into your house when I came to visit. We've had many laughs, even when Dawne and I were up to no good. You are a great man and I know will continue to be one wherever you are. Aunt Dianne and nanny Shirley are with you, so I know we don't need to worry if you are ok. This is never goodbye but more of a to be continued.

John was a wonderful joy to work with at the Waterford. In my early career at the Waterford, John was kind enough to take me under his wing. He was a super "Keeper" as were called back in the day.
