Paula and family....it is with great sadness that we just learned of Paul's passing. I worked with Paul at CIC in St. John's and can only say that he was one of the most patient and compassionate people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I only just heard of Paul's passing I am so sorry to hear the bad news ,,I knew him as a teenagers and we crossed path once in awhile when I visited home . I wish you good memories and again I am so sorry he was much to young ..

I am very gratful that I met Paul when i started at CEIC back in 1991 and the lessons he taught me about people and how to care and listen to their needs, especially those whose lives had been uprooted. His compassion and constant encouragement will not be forgotten.
