Obituary of Shane Francis

Formerly of Conception Bay South, Shane Samuel Francis passed away suddenly at his home in Maple Ridge, BC, on April 25, 2022 at the age of 36. Predeceased by his grandparents Hedley and Clara, Grahame and Lillian Francis, aunt Janice and cousin Jeffery.

Left with a broken heart and many beautiful memories are the love of his life, Casandra, and his precious and adored children, Karmyn and Cash; his loving parents Stephen and Dale, brother and friend Michael; parents-in-law Larry and April, brother-in-law and friend Jarod (Candace); a large circle of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in Newfoundland, Alberta, Toronto and British Columbia; special cousin Bill (Donna), nephew Coby, special friend Robin (Ava) and children; long- time friend Joshua, close and dear friends Bill and Kim, and long-time friend and former employer, Frank, employer, Kiewit BC, and Operating Engineers Local 955.

Shane was fun-loving, adventurous, outgoing and always up for a challenge. A Celebration of Life with visitation will be held at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel, 11969 216 St, Maple Ridge, BC on Saturday April 30th at 1:00pm. Cremation to follow. Everyone is welcome to attend.
