My condolences to the Family. I am just discovering this as Itry to confirm his address for the christmas card Iwas going to send. Peter and Carol were my Godparents but I hadn't seen them since I was very young. I had thought after my Dad passed in January of trying to find some time in the next year or two to come see them and Newfoundland. Looks like I am too late. Again condolences to the Family

I worked with Peter at the NLC and no matter what was happening or what was going on Peter always had a smile on his face and took a positive attitude to every situation he encountered. He was a great person to know and I enjoyed working with him.
I was so sorry to learn of Peter’s passing. Peter was a colleague of mine at the Liquor Corp. for several years. He was a delightful person, a great storyteller, and a very kind individual. He was a joy to be around. My condolences to Karen, David & the whole family.

I worked with Peter for a great many years and always admired his dedication, knowledge, and good humor. The numerous hours we spent analyzing the world with a select group of co-workers, after the end of the official work day , were some of the highlights of my working life.
However, my fondest memories of Peter will forever center around Millertown and Red Indian Lake. No one had more fun telling stories, sitting around a fire, having a few drinks, solving the problems of the universe, and generally enjoying themselves than we did. He loved his old westerns, he was one of the best berry-pickers on the planet, and he was a great person to be around. He is gone but will never be forgotten.

Karen, my heart is breaking for you. Your dad was so sweet and a very nice man. He treated me with courtesy and kindness and welcomed me into his home and yours. I will always remember him in this way. You were truly blest to have him as your dad. His grandchildren were blest to call him grandfather. I know you will truly miss him but cherish your memories as is in this way he will live on.
