My sincere condolences. I am so sad to hear of Rodney's passing.
Rodney and David Bennett were my first friends on Smallwood Drive that I can remember. The three of us were tots when we played together on the lawns in front of our houses, but I remember them both so well. We would run into each other socially as older teens and young adults and tease each other mercilessly about our times on Smallwood Drive. It was always a joy to see them. They were like brothers and I find it so hard to believe they are gone.
Rodney was always a great friend to me as a kid, and I will always think of him fondly. I hope your memories bring you some solace at this time.

I worked closely with Rod when we both worked at Labatt together. I was there for three years and I can say that he was an absolutely beautiful and wonderful man to have had the pleasure of working with.
This is shocking news to me. I am so sad to hear of this. So many good guys like Rod leave us seemingly way too early.
I loved him as a friend and coworker. He will always, always be a part of my life.
I have many great memories.
