We were co workers at Provincial Fisheries and his dedication and loyalty were always there in the many tasks he undertook
He always had the fishery and yes in particular the sealing industry at heart and devoted a lot of his efforts to improve their standing

Sincere condolences to the Pinhorn family on Franks passing. I worked with Frank over the years when he held a senior management position with Department of Fisheries and as Executive Director of the Canadian Sealers Association. Always a supporter of rural Newfoundland and Labrador, the fishery and the sealing industry. A family man who always gave of his time and shared interest with many colleagues and friends throughout the Province and thoroughly enjoyed a good fishing trip!! Deepest sympathy to his family and friends!

When I started working in St john's many years ago, I boarded with Frank and Annie, and I always appreciated that hospitality at a time when I needed it.
